Anyone who knows me know that I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!

In fact, 4 people posted memes on my Facebook wall, celebrating that November means it’s time to begin the Christmas fun!

I’m one of those. . . you know, one of those people who pulls out the Christmas music and movies the day after Halloween and likes my house to be fully decorated by Thanksgiving.

Sometimes it’s the middle of a season in life that we long to see completed.

Other times it’s the middle of a trial that we have been believing for a victory. 

The middle is the place where all tend to get tired and quitting becomes an option we never thought we would consider.

Often when I’m going through difficult times, I lose sight of the good things happening all around me.  The clouds of my own gray circumstances tend to eclipse the vibrant color bidding to reveal to me there is more to see than what I actually see.

A Fondness for My Furry Companion

Teddy is our beautiful Shetland sheepdog.  He has been a part of our family for 12 years now.  Our son inherited Teddy when he was just a puppy of 9 months old from a friend, and by default we inherited him when our son got married and left the nest.
