Uh-oh, it’s that time of year again... grief and the holidays. For many people the holiday season, marked by celebrations and gatherings with family and friends, can be difficult. The holidays, especially the first ones after the death of a loved one, a divorce or other loss, are especially hard for people who are grieving. Often, friends and family members of those affected by a loss are unsure how to act or what to say to support their grieving loved one during the holidays. Join us in the UTURN Building for this one-time class as we present a set of holiday tips that give some basic, practical, and emotionally helpful guidance for both the grieving people and the friends and family near them.
