ANNUAL CONVENTION

All Foursquare church members have an interest in and a commitment to their local fellowship; but they also have the right to be represented by church delegates at the annual Foursquare Convention where major corporate business is conducted.

Each year, in the Spring, the annual Foursquare Convention is conducted within the confines of the United States. In addition to plenary sessions and workshops to assist the ministers in the work of the Church, the Convention Body is responsible for the election of the President, the amendment of the Bylaws of the Church, and other business as is deemed expedient. Because of its right to amend the Bylaws of the Church, it becomes the highest seat of authority.
